Welcome to Vendy. These Terms govern your use of the Vendy iOS app and onvendy.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Vendy, Inc. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Vendy and old enough under your local law to enter into a binding agreement. You also agree to comply with the Apple App Store's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to your use of the iOS app.
You sign in with Google, Apple, X (Twitter), or email and password. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Vendy is a workspace for trading-card vendors. The Service includes:
Comps, "lowest listed," "CL Value," and any other pricing or sales data shown in Vendy — including data sourced from Card Ladder via your connected account — come from third parties or your own listings and are provided for your reference only. They are estimates, not appraisals or financial advice. You're responsible for the prices you set and the deals you make. Card Ladder data displayed in the Service remains the property of Card Ladder, Inc. and its licensors.
You keep ownership of the content you upload (card photos, descriptions, prices, reviews, messages, profile content). You grant Vendy a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and process that content as needed to run and improve the Service — for example, showing your listings on your public profile, in vendor discovery, and to people you message.

Vendy helps vendors find each other and showcase inventory. We are not a party to any sale, trade, or shipment between users. Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own deals, payments, taxes, and dispute resolution.
Vendy integrates with Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, X login, Apple Push Notification service, Supabase (auth + database), Vercel (hosting), and read-only data sources like eBay and PriceCharting. When you connect a Card Ladder account, Vendy also exchanges your refresh token with Card Ladder's authentication endpoints solely to fetch pricing and sales data on your behalf; Card Ladder credentials are not persisted by Vendy in plaintext. Their terms apply to the parts of the Service they power. Vendy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Card Ladder.
If you allow push notifications, we may send messages about new chats, reviews, listings activity, and important account events. You can turn them off in iOS Settings at any time.
You can stop using Vendy and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users or the Service.
The Service is provided "as is." We don't warrant that pricing data, scans, or third-party content are accurate or complete, and we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, to the extent allowed by law. The Service may apply usage limits — including per-account daily lookup caps, request pacing, and short-lived result caches — to protect operational integrity and the underlying third-party data sources. We may rate-limit, throttle, or temporarily suspend access to any feature at any time without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
